Excellent Start!

I recently started taking this L-Glutamine supplement and have been very pleased so far. The taste is good, which makes it easy to incorporate into my routine.
The most immediate benefit I noticed was improved digestion—I experienced a good bowel movement after just the first day of drinking it.
I've only been using it for about a week, but based on these initial positive effects, I would recommend it. I'll come back later with an update after I've used it longer.
