Returns & Refunds

Our 60-day money back guarantee covers 1 used bottle of each product, plus any other bottles you send back in resalable condition. The 60 days start on the date your order is delivered.

A) Send back ALL of your used bottles and any other bottles you purchased that are still in resalable condition.

B) For your protection, we recommend using delivery confirmation. Please keep your return's tracking number until you receive your refund confirmation email at the end of the process. Send all returns to: Returns Department, 1881 N Technology Drive, Springville, UT 84663

C) You MUST include a copy of your order number. We can't process a refund without it. Once your package is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post to your original form of payment.
