I’m new to the world of strength building and was tired of being sore after every workout, so I started looking into supplements - so glad I gave wellah a shot! I tried the strawberry lemonade creatine and a variety pack of protein, and haven’t been let down. Everything I tried is actually really tasty, very minimal aftertaste.
