Wellah (with an h) makes easy wellness for women: creatine, electrolytes, pre-workout and more, with quality ingredients and flavors you'll actually look forward to. Much of it is just one scoop and a glass of water.

Juicy, not chalky. Our creatine is naturally flavored and sweetened with stevia and monk fruit, in flavors like Strawberry Lemonade, Watermelon Slush and Peach Cobbler. Can't pick? Taste six first with the Sample Pack + Shaker.

Nope. Creatine has a branding problem, not a who-it's-for problem. It has been researched in women too,* and we made ours for women: one easy scoop, with flavors you'll want to drink.

Mix one scoop into 6 to 10 oz of water and enjoy it right after mixing. Any time of day works, so pick a moment you'll remember, like breakfast or after your workout. Stir, sip, done.
