I really enjoy the Wellah Hydration Sticks. They dissolve quickly, taste refreshing without being overly sweet, and make it much easier for me to stay hydrated throughout the day. I love how convenient they are to toss in my bag for busy days or workouts. No chalky texture or aftertaste, just smooth and easy hydration. I’ll definitely keep these as part of my daily routine.

They weren’t sour like the rest are usually they are actually good . Work really well for hydration.
