I use this with the creatine powder every morning and i feel like it has been giving me more energy overall as well as keeping me regular. The sticks are great because I don’t have to measure anything out and that saves me a little time in the morning too!

Love this stuff and if you don’t like dark chocolate, it doesn’t really taste like strong dark chocolate.
