I definitely noticed a difference in recovery after weight training. Love the flavor. I have used a Pina colada flavor electrolyte in a different brand for a long time and havent been able to find anything else I like as much, until this...and the price is so much better. I may end up switching everything over to Wellah...we shall see! Wanting to try clear protein and creatine next!
