Creatine Monohydrate has 3g of creatine monohydrate per scoop, along with 400mcg of folate, 80mg of dandelion root extract, 80mg of D-mannose and 20mg of cranberry extract. Each tub has 50 servings. Creatine + Electrolytes has 3g of creatine monohydrate plus electrolytes in one scoop, with 30 servings per tub. Clear Whey Protein has 20g of whey protein isolate per scoop, and whey comes from milk. Electrolytes have sodium, potassium and magnesium in every scoop.
