Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in The Warm Up Bundle?

The Warm Up Bundle comes with Wellah Creatine Monohydrate (50 servings), The Workout Lip Butter and a Hot Pink Wellah Shaker Bottle. The Lip Butter is a 0.5 oz squeeze tube made with shea butter, rosehip fruit oil and vitamin E.

Do I get to pick my flavor and scent?

Yes! Choose your flavor for the Creatine Monohydrate, and choose your scent for The Workout Lip Butter: Rainbow Sherbet or Strawberry Pina Colada. The shaker comes in Hot Pink.

How much creatine is in each scoop?

Creatine Monohydrate has 3g of creatine monohydrate per scoop, along with 400mcg of folate, 80mg of dandelion root extract, 80mg of D-mannose and 20mg of cranberry extract. Each tub has 50 servings.

How do I use it?

Mix one scoop of creatine with 6 to 10 oz of water every day, before or after your workout or any time of day. Pick a time you can stick with, because taking it daily matters more than timing. Toss the Lip Butter in your gym bag and use it whenever your lips need it.

Who should check with a doctor first?

Talk to your doctor before using this bundle's supplements if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, or are under 18.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard shipping is free on US orders. We can't ship to New York right now. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days, and once your order ships, it usually arrives in 3-5 business days. Questions? Email support@wellah.com.

What if I don't love it?

Wellah products come with our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, and the 60 days start on the date your order is delivered. Email support@wellah.com to get started, and see our Refund Policy for the full details.
