We get it. Hitting your daily protein intake is already hard enough but add a sweet tooth into the mix and things just got even harder. Don't worry, here are 3 of our favorite protein desserts to cure your sweet tooth.
Oreo Protein Donuts

Recipe
-6 T Pumpkin (can substitute with apple sauce)
-5 g black cocoa powder
-1/2 t melted coconut oil
-1/2 t vanilla extract
– 1 serving Wellah’s Dark Chocolate Protein
-1 T dark chocolate Kodiak Cakes
-1/2 baking soda
-1 T sugar replacement
-3 g mini chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together and bake for 10-11 minutes at 350 degrees. (Don’t over bake them so they stay nice and moist!)
Once they’re cooled, to get the frosting mix:
-.25 oz room temp cream cheese
-30 g plain nonfat greek yogurt
-3 g cheesecake pudding mix
-1 T almond milk

Banana Coconut Protein Pudding

Recipe
-1 box sugar free banana pudding mix
-2c skim milk
-1 serving Wellah’s Coconut Protein
-2 medium bananas
-Fat free Reddi Whip
–Mini Nilla Wafers (6 per serving)
-2T unsweetened shredded coconut
Whisk pudding mix and protein to combine then stir in milk. Let set in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Divide 2 bananas between 4 small dishes. Pour pudding over the top and top with Reddi whip, Nilla wafers, and 1/2T shredded coconut!

Vanilla Protein Crepes

-1/4 c almond milk
-1/4 c liquid egg whites
-1 scoop Wellah’s Vanilla Protein
-1t melted coconut oil
-15g Kodiak Cakes
Blend it all up on high for 30 seconds and cook each one on medium low heat. Topped with strawberries and Aloha OffBeatButter.
